Personnel expansion
Antennentechnik Bad Blankenburg GmbH is strengthening its personnel and technical staff in several areas of the company and is thus facing new tasks in the development and production of modern communication systems even more intensively. In addition to the already started expansion of the company's development department, Antennentechnik ABB Bad Blankenburg GmbH is strengthening itself in two further areas for product qualification and production optimization.
Strengthening of quality assurance
The PQV "Product Qualification and Validation" department will be strengthened in terms of personnel in order to continue to meet the constantly increasing market requirements. This department is of great importance for the further safeguarding of the "0-error strategy" and thus represents a core element of quality assurance. At the same time, the development of new products is accompanied by early testing in this area to ensure that the products meet the highest quality standards from the very beginning.
Strengthening of production optimization
In order to optimize production, the consistent introduction of "Lean Production", in addition to the optimization of logistical processes and a further expansion of the SAP system, will be flanked by a new colleague both technically and organizationally. For this purpose, close cooperation with the production and work preparation departments will be organizationally secured in order to optimize the control processes throughout.
